At RNGREZA, every ensemble is a work of art thoughtfully designed and crafted to celebrate tradition, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance. Since each piece is created with intricate detailing and delicate fabrics, our policies are designed to maintain fairness while protecting the exclusivity of our creations.
We kindly request you to review the following guidelines before placing your order.
Domestic Orders (Within India)
Refunds will be issued either to the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on eligibility and the type of return. Processing timelines may vary based on your bank or payment gateway, but typically fall within 7–10 business days after return approval. We want your RNGREZA experience to feel just as flawless as our designs.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted for eligible products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original labels and tags intact.
- Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team: Care@rngreza.com.
Exclusions
- Made-to-order, customised, or altered garments are not eligible for exchange, as they are created exclusively for you.
- Sale or promotional pieces are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges Only (No Refunds)
- Refunds are not offered on domestic orders.
- Exchanges are subject to availability . If the requested size or design is unavailable , purchase credit will be issued instead.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
International Orders (Outside India)
We are proud to bring RNGREZA to clients around the world. However, due to the delicate nature of our garments, international logistics, and regulatory restrictions:
Due to cross-border regulations, currency variations, and payment gateway policies, refunds for international orders are provided only as store credit redeemable on our website. Refunds to international payment methods are not available unless required by law or permitted by our payment partners.
Store credit for international refunds is non-transferable and will remain valid for a specified period, which will be clearly communicated at the time of issuance. Processing of store credit issuance also takes 7–10 business days after return inspection.
- No cancellations, returns, or exchanges*are accepted for international orders.
- Each garment undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch.
- Our packaging ensures safety during transit, and *tracking details*are always shared with you.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that you receive:
- A damaged item or
- An incorrect product
please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the garment and packaging. Our team will review and resolve the issue with either a replacement or Purchase credit.
Additional Notes
- Exchanges will only be processed after the returned product has passed our quality inspection.
- RNGREZA reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
