Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship worldwide to over 100 countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe, the UAE and Australia. All orders are dispatched from our registered facility in India and shipped via trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS.
Processing & dispatch
Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Made-to-Measure and bespoke pieces are crafted to order and require an additional 3 working days before dispatch. For bespoke orders, your production timeline is confirmed by email once we receive your measurements.
Delivery times
After dispatch, estimated delivery is:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
- United States: 5–10 working days
- Rest of world: 7–15 working days
You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.
Shipping cost
India: Free delivery on all orders.
All other countries: Free delivery on orders over US$100 (or the equivalent in your local currency). For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties & taxes
Orders within India are delivered with no additional charges. For international destinations, local customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival and are payable to your local customs office.
Insurance & delivery
Every parcel is fully insured in transit at no extra cost to you, and requires a signature on delivery. If a delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will follow their standard re-delivery process.
Address changes
Need to change your delivery address? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, we investigate with the courier and reship or resolve your order within 15 days. Occasionally, delays outside our control (such as customs clearance) may occur; we'll keep you updated by email.
